Stage Presence Studio is a boutique performing arts studio in Apex, North Carolina, founded by Katy Bridges, MAT, MSA -  professional lyric soprano, theatre educator, director, and school leader.

We believe music and theatre education do more than teach skills - they shape character, build confidence, and develop courageous communicators.

Our Story

What began in 2018 with one student asking for voice lessons quickly grew into something much bigger. By 2021, Stage Presence Studio was officially founded - offering private voice lessons, musical theatre workshops, showcases, and beginner piano instruction.

Katy’s journey in the arts began at age three (yes - as a ballerina poodle in a purple tutu 🐩), continued through performing arts magnet training in Huntsville, Alabama, and led to earning a Bachelor’s degree in Music Performance (Voice) from Peace College and a Master’s degree in Fine Arts & Theatre from Regent University.

Today, she brings that same passion and professional training to every student she teaches.
